What the quality guarantee covers
The RHHVVR 2-year quality guarantee covers eligible manufacturing defects that become apparent during normal residential use within two years of the delivery date.
Coverage is determined after reviewing the order, model, reported issue, installation or assembly details, and supporting photos or video.
How to submit a warranty claim
- Contact RHHVVR support with your order number, product model, and delivery date.
- Describe the issue, when it began, and any troubleshooting already completed.
- Provide clear photos or video of the full product, affected component, labels, and connections when relevant.
- Wait for review before disassembling, repairing, modifying, or discarding any component.
Available solutions
After confirming an eligible defect, RHHVVR will provide an appropriate solution based on the issue and product. A solution may include troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair guidance, exchange support, or another reasonable remedy.
What is not covered
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or use outside the product instructions.
- Unauthorized repair, modification, replacement components, or electrical alterations.
- Normal wear and tear, fabric compression, cosmetic aging, fading, scratches, or gradual finish changes.
- Liquid damage, pet damage, stains, burns, improper storage, or environmental damage.
- Improper assembly, installation damage, moving damage, or commercial and institutional use.

Keep your order confirmation, product labels, assembly manual, and relevant photos. These records help support verify the product and resolve claims more efficiently.
