A practical 30-day return process for furniture.

Eligible RHHVVR furniture can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact support before sending an item back so we can review eligibility and arrange the right return method.

Return eligibility

A return request must be submitted through RHHVVR customer support within 30 days of delivery. We review the reason for return, item condition, packaging, and order details before approving a return method.

  • The item must be undamaged and include all original parts, accessories, manuals, and hardware.
  • Original cartons, protective foam, labels, and internal packaging must be available.
  • The product must not show misuse, unauthorized repair, modification, liquid damage, pet damage, or avoidable assembly damage.

How to request a return

  1. Contact customer support with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Provide photos or video of the product, packaging, labels, and any issue being reported.
  3. Wait for RHHVVR to review condition and eligibility before moving or shipping the furniture.
  4. Follow the approved return instructions, which may include a prepaid label, scheduled pickup, or another suitable solution.

Do not arrange an unapproved freight return. Large furniture sent without authorization may be refused or may not qualify for reimbursement.

Return shipping

RHHVVR provides free return shipping for eligible furniture and large products after the return request is reviewed and approved. Eligibility depends on the return reason, product condition, complete packaging, and compliance with the return instructions.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Your bank, card issuer, Stripe, or PayPal may require additional time to post the credit.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact support promptly with photos of the cartons, shipping labels, product, and affected area. Depending on the issue, RHHVVR may arrange replacement parts, exchange support, pickup, refund, or another appropriate solution.
