Shipping and delivery

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically handled within one business day. Ground delivery usually takes 3-7 business days after carrier pickup, although large freight, rural destinations, weather, or peak periods can take longer.

Where do orders ship from?

RHHVVR orders ship from U.S. warehouse inventory. We currently deliver only within the contiguous 48 United States.

How do I track my order?

Tracking information is provided after shipment. Furniture may ship in multiple cartons with separate tracking numbers and different delivery dates.

Returns and warranty

What is the return window?

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be undamaged, complete, and retained in their original packaging.

Is return shipping free?

RHHVVR provides free return shipping for eligible furniture and large products after customer support reviews and approves the return request.

What does the warranty cover?

The 2-year quality guarantee covers eligible manufacturing defects during normal residential use. Claims require order details and clear photos or video.

What should I do if an item is damaged or defective?

Keep the packaging, take photos of cartons, labels, and the product, and contact support with your order number. Do not discard or repair components before review.

Assembly and product care

Will my recliner require assembly?

Many lift recliners require attaching the backrest, connecting cables, and testing the remote. Always follow the manual included with your specific model.

Should I keep the packaging?

Yes. Keep cartons, foam, labels, and hardware bags during the 30-day return window and until the product has been assembled and inspected.

Payments and checkout

Is checkout secure?

Payments are processed through Stripe and PayPal. RHHVVR does not ask customers to send full card numbers or payment credentials by email.

Can I pay with PayPal or a credit card?

Yes. Credit card payments are handled through Stripe Checkout, and PayPal is also supported. Accepted card types and wallet availability can vary by provider and customer device.

How long is a Stripe payment link valid?

A Stripe Checkout payment link is valid for 30 minutes. This limit helps prevent stale unpaid checkout sessions.

How do I continue an incomplete payment?

Open your RHHVVR account and select Continue payment for an eligible unpaid order before its 30-minute payment link expires. Expired orders remain visible but require a new order.
