RHHVVR ships furniture from U.S. warehouse inventory to addresses in the contiguous 48 United States. We provide tracking after shipment so you can plan for delivery.

Free shipping on all orders

Standard shipping is included in the price of every RHHVVR order. Furniture may ship by FedEx, UPS, LTL freight, or another trusted ground carrier selected for the size and destination of the order.

Shipping upgrades, room-of-choice services, or other optional delivery services may carry an additional charge when offered at checkout.

Handling and delivery time

  • Handling: Orders are typically prepared for shipment within one business day after payment confirmation.
  • Ground delivery: Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days after the carrier receives the shipment.
  • Large furniture: LTL freight, rural destinations, severe weather, carrier constraints, or holiday periods may require additional time.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed appointment times. The carrier may contact you when an appointment or delivery window is required.

Where we currently ship

RHHVVR currently ships only to residential or eligible commercial addresses in the contiguous 48 United States.

  • We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.
  • We do not ship furniture to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses, or FPO addresses.
  • The delivery address should be accurate and accessible before checkout is completed.

Tracking and multi-box orders

A tracking number is provided after shipment. Some recliners ship in more than one carton, and the cartons may receive separate tracking numbers or arrive on different days.

Keep the cartons, labels, foam, and internal packaging until every piece is received, assembled, and inspected.

Damage or delivery concerns

Inspect the cartons when they arrive. If packaging or furniture appears damaged, take clear photos before discarding materials and contact RHHVVR support with your order number, tracking details, and photos.
