General assembly sequence
- Prepare the area. Measure doors and pathways, protect the floor, and allow enough clearance for full recline and lift motion.
- Unbox carefully. Open cartons on a stable surface. Avoid using blades near upholstery, electrical cables, remotes, or moving components.
- Confirm all cartons and parts. Check the packing list and wait for all boxes when the order ships in multiple cartons.
- Attach the backrest if required. Align brackets and slide or fasten the backrest exactly as shown in the included manual.
- Connect the power cable. Match labeled connectors, keep cables clear of pinch points, and use a suitable grounded outlet.
- Test the remote control. With the chair clear of people and obstacles, test lift, recline, footrest, heat, and massage functions that apply to your model.
- Keep all packaging. Retain cartons, foam, labels, hardware bags, and manuals throughout the 30-day return window.
Before first use
- Confirm every bracket and fastener is seated correctly.
- Route cables away from moving frames and footrest mechanisms.
- Check that the chair is stable on a level floor.
- Keep children, pets, and objects clear while testing movement.
- Do not exceed the weight capacity listed for the product.
If something does not work
