What should I send for a size recommendation?

Send the user's height, weight, current chair seat width if known, main need, and whether they need standing assistance, sleeping recline, big-and-tall room, or heat and massage.

Is heat and massage enough for back comfort?

No. Heat and massage can add comfort, but lower-back support, cushion density, seat stability, and posture fit matter first.

What should I check for a 300 lb+ user?

Compare weight capacity, seat width, seat depth, armrest firmness, and footrest length. For big-and-tall comfort, start with 25"-26" seats and confirm the full product dimensions.

What photos help with delivery or warranty issues?

Send the order number, tracking number, shipping label, outer carton photos, inner packaging photos, product photos or video, and the SKU if visible.
